Recap: Webberville Spartans vs. Maple Valley Lions

Ayden Wilkes continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Maple Valley, scoring 18 points along with six rebounds and two steals. Wilkes hasn't dropped below 15 points for five straight games. Jake McDonald was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with six rebounds and two steals.
Webberville's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Maple Valley, their victory bumped their record up to 7-10.
Webberville will look to defend their home court on Monday against Durand at 7:00 p.m. One thing working in Webberville's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last three matches. As for Maple Valley, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 52-47 win vs. Quincy on the 9th.
