Basketball Recap: Calvary Lutheran Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Calvary Lutheran can now relate to. They took a 59-47 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pilot Grove Tigers on Monday.

Calvary Lutheran's loss dropped their record down to 10-13. As for Pilot Grove, they now have a winning record of 13-12.

Calvary Lutheran does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Pilot Grove, they will take on St. Elizabeth at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. St. Elizabeth knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past nine matchups -- so hopefully Pilot Grove likes a good challenge.
