Basketball Recap: Caddo Takes a Loss

Caddo was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 67-57 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hartshorne Miners. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Bruins came into the contest with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 44th, while the Miners are ranked 151st).

Caddo's loss dropped their record down to 14-3. As for Hartshorne, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 14-6.

Coming up, Caddo will head out on the road to challenge Calera at 8:00 p.m. on Monday. Caddo is facing Calera at the right time seeing as Calera is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Hartshorne, they have already played their next matchup, a 59-46 defeat against Pocola on the 7th.
