BJ Williamson was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 26 points and 11 assists. That's the first time this season that he posted eight or more assists. AJ Ruff was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with eight steals and six assists.
Malden's victory bumped their record up to 14-2. As for New Madrid County Central, their win bumped their record up to 13-1.
Malden suffered a grim 78-57 defeat to New Madrid County Central when the teams last played back in January of 2023.
