Volleyball Game Preview: Woonsocket Villa Novans vs. Lincoln Lions

Woonsocket is 0-3 against Lincoln since May of 2024 but things could change on Friday. The Villa Novans will look to defend their home court against the Lions at 6:45 p.m.

On Wednesday, Woonsocket came up short against South Kingstown and fell 3-1. The Villa Novans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Lincoln faced Tolman in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Lions walked away with a 3-1 win over the Tigers. Winning may never get old, but the Lions sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.

Lincoln's victory was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-1. As for Woonsocket, their loss dropped their record down to 3-13.
