Recap: Epiphany Falcons vs. Greenfield Knights

The Epiphany Falcons can finally bid farewell to their eight-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They secured a 41-37 W over Greenfield. The win was just what Epiphany needed coming off of a 68-43 loss in their prior match.

It was another big night for Alanna Moye, who scored 24 points. That makes it 13 consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Epiphany's points.

Despite the loss, Greenfield still got an impressive performance from Darcy Dean, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and ten rebounds. Dean has been hot recently, having posted three or more steals the last five times she's played.

Epiphany's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-14. As for Greenfield, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-9 record this season.

Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Wayne Country Day the next time they take the court. Epiphany will head out to face the Chargers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Knights will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
