Lake Highlands extended their road winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Hailey Jacobus. Everything went the Wildcats' way against the Berkner Rams on Tuesday as they made off with a 3-0 victory for which the team can thank Jacobus, who had seven aces and five digs. She is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 14 or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Lake Highlands took every set by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-12, 25-15.

Lake Highlands' win bumped their record up to 24-7. As for Berkner, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-20 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Lake Highlands is set to face off against their familiar foe Pearce at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Berkner will take on rival Richardson at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
