Soccer Recap: McCormick Comes Up Short

McCormick was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 11-1 to the Dixie Hornets. The Chiefs were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 7-1.

McCormick's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Dixie, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 4-5 record this season.

McCormick will face off against GREEN Upstate at 7:00 p.m. on March 27th. As for Dixie, they will be taking part in a tournament against Lee-Scott Academy at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. Lee-Scott Academy will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Dixie surely won't give up without a fight.
