After a string of eight wins, Intrinsic's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell 2-0 to the Lane Tech Champions.

The match finished with set scores of 25-5, 25-7.

Intrinsic's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 9-1 and their overall record down to 14-4. As for Lane Tech, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-13 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Intrinsic will welcome Disney II at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Lane Tech, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Brooks at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
