Windsor is 8-2 against Analy since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Jaguars will take on the Tigers at 4:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Windsor has five straight victories, Analy has seven straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

On Friday, Windsor sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over Maria Carrillo. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Jaguars have posted against the Pumas since May 3, 2022.

Kaihla Jarvinen spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on seven hits.

On the hitting side, Windsor saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Haley Homan, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Windsor hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least five batters in three consecutive matchups.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 12 runs the game before, Analy was a bit more limited in their contest on Thursday. They lost 8-1 to Maria Carrillo.

Windsor's win bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Analy, their loss dropped their record down to 1-7.

Analy's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Windsor hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .317. It's a different story for Analy, though, as they've only averaged .206. Will they be able to contain Windsor's hitters?

Windsor skirted past Analy 5-4 in their previous matchup back in April of 2024. Will the Jaguars repeat their success, or do the Tigers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
