Basketball Game Preview: Cazenovia Lakers vs. Canastota Red Raiders

The Cazenovia Lakers will challenge the Canastota Red Raiders at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Two weeks ago, Cazenovia lost to Bishop Grimes at home by a 48-31 margin. The Lakers haven't had much luck with the Cobras recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.

Meanwhile, Canastota had to endure a seven-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They walked away with a 42-32 win over Adirondack on Friday. The Red Raiders' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Cazenovia's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Canastota, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-5.
