Volleyball Recap: Piedmont Classical Takes a Loss

Piedmont Classical was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 16th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Leadership Academy Falcons. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Falcons this season, with their most recent defeat being a 3-0 loss two weeks ago.

The final score came out to 25-3, 25-4, 25-8.

Piedmont Classical's defeat dropped their record down to 0-15. As for Leadership Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-6 record this season.

Piedmont Classical does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Leadership Academy, they will welcome Bethany Community at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
