Volleyball Recap: Panguitch Comes Up Short on the Road Against Millard

Panguitch had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell 3-1 to the Millard Eagles on Thursday. The Bobcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

Panguitch started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 23-25, 25-20, 25-18, 25-15.

When it comes to explaining why Panguitch lost, don't look at Brooklyn Harland. Despite the final result, she had 32 digs.

Millard has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Panguitch will look to takes advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they takes on Kanab at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Millard, they will take on Piute at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
