Kennedy is 0-6 against Academy of Holy Angels since April of 2016 but things could change on Wednesday. The Eagles will square off against the Stars at 4:30 p.m. Kennedy is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.9 runs per game this season.

While Kennedy's win against Visitation wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Eagles had just enough and edged out the Blazers 6-4. The victory continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Blazers: they've now won three in a row.

Kennedy's win was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Gigi Morabito, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one run.

Meanwhile, Academy of Holy Angels got their first taste of in-conference action on Tuesday and they started things off strong. They blew past St. Anthony Village 13-1. Considering the Stars have won four matchups by more than six runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Kennedy pushed their record up to 10-1 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Academy of Holy Angels, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-3.

Kennedy suffered a grim 16-5 defeat to Academy of Holy Angels when the teams last played back in May of 2024. Can the Eagles avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
