Baseball Recap: Southeast Takes a Loss

Southeast lost against Altus back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Spartans came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 11-5. The Spartans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Southeast saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Abraham Varela, who went 1-for-3 with two runs.

Southeast's loss dropped their record down to 6-19. As for Altus, with the victory, they broke their 12-game losing streak and moved their record to 11-15.

As of now, neither Southeast nor the Bulldogs have any future games scheduled.
