Soccer Recap: Palmetto Takes a Loss

Palmetto was the 3-2 winner over Walhalla when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Mustangs fell 4-2 to the Razorbacks on Thursday.

Palmetto has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season. As for Walhalla, their victory bumped their record up to 10-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Palmetto will take on St. Joseph's Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Walhalla, they will challenge West-Oak at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Walhalla will be up against West-Oak's rather soft defense (which has allowed 4.22 goals per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
