Football Game Preview: Foxborough Warriors vs. Canton Bulldogs

The Foxborough Warriors will head out to take on the Canton Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Foxborough's defense has only allowed 12.8 points per game this season, so Canton's offense will have their work cut out for them.

Foxborough was handed a heart-breaking three-point loss in their last contest, but they sure didn't let that happen against Oliver Ames on Thursday. The Warriors simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Tigers 48-7. The Warriors haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, Canton came up short against North Attleborough on Friday and fell 30-21. The loss was the Bulldogs' first of the season.

Canton's defeat dropped their record down to 4-1. As for Foxborough, their victory bumped their record up to an identical 4-1.

Foxborough beat Canton 25-18 in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Warriors since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
