Soccer Recap: Sussex Central Takes a Loss

Sussex Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Greensville County Eagles, falling 9-0.

Sussex Central's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Greensville County, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sussex Central will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Windsor at 5:30 p.m. on the 28th. As for Greensville County, they will venture away from home to square off against Southampton at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Southampton will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Greensville County surely won't give up without a fight.
