Cristo Rey Jesuit had already won nine in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.1 goals) and they went ahead and made it ten on Friday. They put the hurt on the Bob Hope Eagles with a sharp 5-2 win. It was an even better day for Gianluca Gomez as he scored three goals for his team.

Cristo Rey Jesuit's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-4. The road wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those five games. As for Bob Hope, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-5.
