Volleyball Recap: John Marshall Comes Up Short

John Marshall was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Tartan Titans. The Rockets were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Titans apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

John Marshall's loss dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Tartan, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 11-6.

John Marshall didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Century on the 27th. As for Tartan, they have also already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Spring Grove on the 27th.
