Basketball Recap: Hope Academy Comes Up Short

Hope Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a blow against the Christ's Household of Faith Lions, falling 76-28. The game marked Hope Academy's lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Hope Academy's loss dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Christ's Household of Faith, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hope Academy will square off against Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Christ's Household of Faith, they will venture away from home to challenge Harding at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Christ's Household of Faith is facing Harding at the right time seeing as Harding is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
