Basketball Recap: Morrisville Find Success

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Delaware County Christian, Morrisville was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Church Farm Griffens by a score of 53-40. For the Bulldogs, this counts as revenge for the 73-40 win the Griffens walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2024.

Morrisville has also been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-10 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.8 points per game. As for Church Farm, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-8.

Morrisville and Faith Christian Academy will face off at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday without much rest having both just played. Morrisville is facing Faith Christian Academy at the right time seeing as Faith Christian Academy is stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for Church Farm, they will venture away from home to square off against Chester Charter Scholars Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Chester Charter Scholars Academy knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 21 games -- so hopefully Church Farm likes a good challenge.
