Soccer Recap: Banning Lewis Academy Takes a Loss

If Banning Lewis Academy was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of St. Mary's two weeks ago, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Stallions came up short against the Fountain Valley Danes on Tuesday, falling 9-1. Banning Lewis Academy were not able to make up for their defeat to Fountain Valley from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Banning Lewis Academy now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Fountain Valley, the win snapped their losing streak at four matches and leaves them with a 4-6-1 record.

Banning Lewis Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Fountain Valley, they will be playing at home against Lotus School For Excellence at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday. Fountain Valley's defense better be ready for this one: Lotus School For Excellence have averaged an impressive 3.7 goals per game this season.
