Softball Recap: LaFayette Takes a Loss

LaFayette was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 15-5 to the Loachapoka Indians. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Indians this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 29-27 last Tuesday.

LaFayette's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Loachapoka, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-5 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Loachapoka beat LaFayette by a score of 13-5 later that day.
