Volleyball Game Preview: Coosa Eagles vs. Adairsville Tigers

The Coosa Eagles will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on the Adairsville Tigers at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Adairsville took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Coosa, who comes in off a win.

On Tuesday, Coosa beat Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe 2-0.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Adairsville faced off against Central on Thursday. The Tigers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lions. The loss continues a trend for the Tigers in their meetings with the Lions: they've now lost three in a row.

The win got Coosa back to even at 1-1. As for Adairsville, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Coosa skirted past Adairsville 2-1 in their previous matchup back in August of 2024. Will the Eagles repeat their success, or do the Tigers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
