Basketball Recap: Lower Merion Falls Short Against Ranked Coatesville

On Friday, Lower Merion faced Coatesville in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Lower Merion Aces took a 72-61 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Coatesville Red Raiders. The Aces have been going strong on the season, but this is now their second loss in a row.

Lower Merion's defeat dropped their record down to 21-6. As for Coatesville, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 16 of their last 18 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-4 record this season.

As of now, neither Lower Merion nor Coatesville have any future games scheduled.
