Baseball Recap: Roseville Comes Up Short

Roseville was the 9-3 winner over Park when they last played one another back in April, but their luck changed this time around. The Raiders took a 10-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wolfpack on Friday. The Raiders just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Roseville's loss dropped their record down to 2-14. As for Park, they moved to 3-12 with that victory, which also ended their five-game losing streak.

Roseville and Park could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Minnesota Rankings. Roseville will challenge Cretin-Derham Hall at 4:30 p.m. on Monday with a big rank disadvantage (265 vs. 35). Meanwhile, Park (ranked 267th) will meet Woodbury (ranked 108th) at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
