Volleyball Recap: Eliza Privette and Ava Wilcox Secure Win for Hartsville

Hartsville saw some tournament action on Saturday. They came out on top against the Stratford Knights by a score of 2-0.

Hartsville was led to victory by Ava Wilcox and Eliza Privette. Wilcox had seven digs and three aces, while Privette had three aces. That's the most aces Privette has posted since back in November of 2024.

They weren't the only good server: Hartsville was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 11 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in five consecutive games.

Hartsville has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season. As for Stratford, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2-1.

Hartsville didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Hanahan on the 30th. As for Stratford, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Cathedral Academy on the 30th.
