Soccer Recap: Enterprise Comes Up Short

Enterprise lost against Montgomery Academy back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Wildcats fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 1-0. Considering the last time Enterprise couldn't score was back in February, the team can't take the result too hard.

Enterprise's defeat dropped their record down to 6-6-2. As for Montgomery Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 10-3-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Enterprise will challenge JAG at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Enterprise will be up against JAG's rather soft defense (which has allowed 6.33 goals per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Montgomery Academy, they will square off against Vestavia Hills at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Vestavia Hills will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Montgomery Academy surely won't give up without a fight.
