Softball Recap: Calhoun Yellow Jackets vs. Ridgeland Panthers
There's no place like home for Calhoun, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They blew past the Ridgeland Panthers 15-7 on Tuesday. The Yellow Jackets might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matchups by six runs or more this season.
Calhoun got a massive performance out of Henderson Mori, who scored four runs and stole a base while going 2-for-2. The team also got some help courtesy of Breanna Baker, who went 4-for-4 with four RBI, a run, and a double.
The win snapped Calhoun's winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 9-11 record. As for Ridgeland, the loss snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 12-17 record.
