Baseball Recap: Rockland Central Triumphs

Rockland Central let Tri-Valley stack five runs on them in the seventh inning on Monday but luckily Rockland Central prevailed anyway. The Wildcats walked away with a 9-6 victory over the Bears. This was a revenge game for the Wildcats: when they faced off against the Bears two weeks ago, they had to take a 7-2 loss.

The win got Rockland Central back to even at 1-1. As for Tri-Valley, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.

Coming up, Rockland Central will challenge Eldred at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Tri-Valley, they will take on SS Seward at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. SS Seward will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Tri-Valley surely won't give up without a fight.
