Football Game Recap: Appleton City/Montrose vs. Rich Hill/Hume

Appleton City/Montrose won the last time they met up with Rich Hill/Hume, and they shouldn't regret having come to the reunion, either. On Friday, Appleton City/Montrose came out on top in a nail-biter against Rich Hill/Hume, sneaking past 20-18. Having pegged this as anyone's game, the MaxPreps state rankings were right on the nose.

The win got Appleton City/Montrose back to even at 3-3. Rich Hill/Hume are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-6.

Next week Appleton City/Montrose take on Liberal/Bronaugh at 7:00 PM. Unlike Appleton City/Montrose, Liberal/Bronaugh will be limping in after taking a loss. Rich Hill/Hume will be staying on the road, facing off against Archie. Both of those teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
