Basketball Recap: St. Mary's-Colgan Finds Playoff Glory Versus Oswego

With a playoff win on the line, St. Mary's-Colgan rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They blew past the Oswego Indians 61-41. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Panthers also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2019.

Oswego lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Josh Hutchinson, who posted 12 points. Another player making a difference was Owen Jackson, who put up eight points and five rebounds.

St. Mary's-Colgan's victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 13-9. As for Oswego, they moved to 16-6 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

As of now, neither St. Mary's-Colgan nor Oswego have any future games scheduled.
