It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Staples can now relate to. They fell 3-1 to the New Canaan Rams on Thursday. The Wreckers' loss signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

Staples' defeat dropped their record down to 9-4. As for New Canaan, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 17-3.

Looking ahead, Staples will challenge Enfield at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. New Canaan does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
