Basketball Recap: Bigtyme Prep Academy Sets Scoring Season-High Against Dallas Christian Academy

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask BigTyme Prep Academy). They enjoyed a cozy 73-58 win over Dallas Christian Academy on Tuesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bears.

Isaiah Stewart was his usual excellent self, going 8 for 13 on his way to 21 points and six rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Zion Ibekwe, who posted 15 points in addition to eight rebounds and five steals.

The victory got BigTyme Prep Academy back to even at 5-5. As for Dallas Christian Academy, they now have a losing record at 1-2.

BigTyme Prep Academy will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Dallas Christian at 9:00 a.m. on December 28th. Dallas Christian Academy will also get a bit of a break before their next game: they'll face off against Dallas Academy on January 14, 2025.
