Soccer Recap: Elkhorn's Winning Streak Snapped at Nine Games

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Elkhorn can now relate to. They fell just short of the Skutt Catholic SkyHawks by a score of 2-1 on Monday. Elkhorn were red-hot offensively heading into the game (they scored no less than four goals in the four matchups prior), but Skutt Catholic's defense proved too tough.

Elkhorn's goal came courtesy of Nick Pagliuca, who's now up to 11 this season.
