Baseball Recap: Pasadena Takes a Loss

Pasadena was the 5-1 winner over Burroughs when they last played one another last Tuesday, but their luck changed this time around. The Bulldogs took a 6-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bears on Friday.

Pasadena saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kaleb Derosier, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one stolen base and one double.

Pasadena has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-10-1 record this season. As for Burroughs, their record is now 14-3.

Pasadena has already played their next contest, a 5-3 defeat against La Canada on the 5th. As for Burroughs, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 9-4 victory against Taft on the 7th.
