Softball Recap: Pender Patriots vs. Hobbton Wildcats
While Pender put up plenty of runs on Monday, the same can't be said for Hobbton. Pender put the hurt on Hobbton with a sharp 15-0 victory. The match marked the Patriots' most dominant win of the season so far.

Alyna Rooks made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only two hits over four innings pitched. She has been consistent : she hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with four RBI. Those four RBI gave her a new career-high.
