Volleyball Recap: Delta Comes Up Short

Delta suffered their biggest loss since September 4th on Friday. They came up short against the North Sanpete Hawks, falling 3-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Rabbits in their meetings with the Hawks: they've now lost three in a row.

Daijah Willoughby paced Delta's offense, picking up ten kills. Willoughby got some help from Kambri Mecham and her 27 assists.

Delta's loss dropped their record down to 17-6. As for North Sanpete, the win keeps them at an undefeated 24-0.

Delta didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 victory against Union on the 10th. As for North Sanpete, they have also already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Panguitch on the 10th.
