Rivercrest extended their road winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Buddah Harris. The Colts enjoyed a cozy 50-34 win over the Walnut Ridge Bobcats on Friday with plenty of help from Harris, who picked up 156 receiving yards and 24 TDs. Thanks to that big game, he is now up to 33 receiving touchdowns on the season.

The team also got some help courtesy of Lexx Latham, who rushed for 231 yards and a pair of touchdowns while picking up 8.3 yards per carry. He showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 58 yards.

When it comes to explaining why Walnut Ridge lost, don't look at Jace Blake. Despite the final result, he rushed for 223 yards and two scores while picking up 8.9 yards per carry, and also threw for 111 yards on eight of 18 attempts.

Rivercrest's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Walnut Ridge, with the loss, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 5-2.

Meanwhile, Walnut Ridge will face off against rival Newport at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. That game will pit two of the most dominant backs against one another: Blake and Trevion Greer.
