Rhea County starts off right with win over Silverdale Academy

The Rhea County Golden Eagles took care of business in their home opener on Thursday (barely). They beat Silverdale Academy by a goal, winning 2-1.

Rhea County was led to victory by the tag-team duo of Luke Parker and Levi Toliver, who scored both of Rhea County's goals.

Rhea County will face off against Elberta at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Silverdale Academy, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Chattanooga Prep at 6:00 p.m. on March 19th.
