White County Central was handed a 18-point loss in their previous outing, but they didn't let that bad energy affect their game against Quitman on Tuesday. White County Central had just enough and edged Quitman out 8-6. The victory was just what White County Central needed coming off of a 23-5 defeat in their prior match.
Hoxie's loss dropped their record down to 0-12. As for White County Central, their win ended a ten-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-12.
