Bowie strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They came out on top against the Brewer Bears by a score of 55-48.

When it comes to explaining why Brewer lost, don't look at Zavier Prentice. Despite the final result, he almost dropped a double-double with 12 points and nine rebounds. Prentice is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 63% in the last three games he's played. Braylen Brown was another key player, putting up nine points and six assists.

Bowie's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Brewer, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 4-1.

Bowie didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 76-37 victory against Lubbock-Cooper on the 21st. As for Brewer, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 60-50 win against Trinity on the 21st.
