Basketball Recap: Sibley-Ocheyedan Comes Up Short

Sibley-Ocheyedan lost against Boyden-Hull last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Sibley-Ocheyedan Generals lost 62-37 to the Boyden-Hull Comets. While losing is never fun, the Generals can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Iowa basketball rankings (they are ranked 315th, while the Comets are ranked 95th).

Sibley-Ocheyedan's defeat was their tenth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-23. As for Boyden-Hull, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season.

Sibley-Ocheyedan does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Boyden-Hull, they will venture away from home to square off against Kingsley-Pierson on Thursday.
