The Maritime Academy Charter Seadogs will head out to face off against Mariana Bracetti Academy at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Maritime Academy Charter has given up an average of 9.3 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Maritime Academy Charter fell victim to Abraham Lincoln and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They lost 15-0 to the Railsplitters. Considering the last time the Seadogs couldn't score was back in March, the team can't take the result too hard.

Mariana Bracetti Academy got a massive performance out of Felipe Hernandez, who fired off two home runs and one stolen base while getting on base in five of his eight plate appearances. What's more, Hernandez posted two runs, the most he's had since back in March. Rafael Hernandez was another key player, getting on base in four of his eight plate appearances with five stolen bases and three runs.

They weren't the only ones working in the home run department: Mariana Bracetti Academy lost a few balls and finished the game with three home runs. That's the most home runs they've managed all season.

Mariana Bracetti Academy pushed their record up to 8-3-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.8 runs over those games. As for Maritime Academy Charter, their loss dropped their record down to 4-7.

Maritime Academy Charter beat Mariana Bracetti Academy 9-5 in their previous meeting back in April. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Seadogs since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
