Baseball Recap: Frankfort Hot Dogs vs. Hamilton Heights Huskies
Frankfort came out on top against Hamilton Heights on Saturday thanks in part to the team's impressive five-run sixth inning. The Hot Dogs blew past the Huskies 10-0. The Hot Dogs haven't had any issues with the Huskies recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.
Alex Lopez made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in five consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with three runs and one stolen base. He is becoming a predictor of Frankfort's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is undefeated (and 10-13 when he doesn't).

In other batting news, Kelby Santos was excellent, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases and two runs. Those two runs gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Lalo Castillo, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.
