Volleyball Game Preview: St. Francis Indian Warriors vs. Todd County Falcons

St. Francis Indian is 2-8 against Todd County since September of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Warriors will welcome the Falcons at 7:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

On Tuesday, St. Francis Indian came up short against Lower Brule and fell 3-1.

St. Francis Indian started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 24-26, 25-18, 25-14, 25-22.

Meanwhile, Todd County came up short against Bennett County on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Falcons haven't had much luck with the Warriors recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Bennett County scored at least 19 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-22, 25-22.

St. Francis Indian's loss dropped their record down to 8-19. As for Todd County, they now have a losing record of 14-15.
