Volleyball Game Preview: Skyline Coyotes vs. Mesa Jackrabbits + Official Tickets

Skyline is 2-8 against Mesa since September of 2021 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Coyotes will venture away from home to challenge the Jackrabbits at 6:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

On Tuesday, Skyline came up short against Mountain View and fell 3-1.

Meanwhile, Mesa also suffered a loss in their last game, falling to Westwood by a score of 3-1. The Jackrabbits have struggled against the Warriors recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Mesa's loss dropped their record down to 7-22. As for Skyline, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-16.

Skyline took their victory against Mesa in their previous meeting on October 2nd by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Coyotes since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
