Basketball Game Preview: Spaulding Crimson Tide vs. Thetford Academy Panthers

Spaulding has gone 3-0 against Thetford Academy recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Spaulding Crimson Tide will look to defend their home court against the Thetford Academy Panthers at 7:00 p.m. Spaulding is coming into the game hot, having won their last three games.

Last Tuesday, everything went Spaulding's way against U-32 as Spaulding made off with a 55-30 win.

Meanwhile, Thetford Academy didn't have quite enough to beat Lyndon Institute on Tuesday and fell 27-24.

Spaulding is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.4 points per game. As for Thetford Academy, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-9.

Spaulding was able to grind out a solid victory over Thetford Academy in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, winning 39-31. Does Spaulding have another victory up their sleeve, or will Thetford Academy turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
