Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Alexander). They put the hurt on the Wheatland-Chili Wildcats with a sharp 71-48 win on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but the Trojans sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Alexander pushed their record up to 4-1 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.8 points per game. As for Wheatland-Chili, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Alexander will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Notre Dame at 7:00 p.m. on January 23rd. As for Wheatland-Chili, they will head out to face off against Pembroke at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
